Coach decides between 500m Row, 400 or 800m Run then whatever coach says you do to warm up 🙂

400m run

15 burpees

14 burpees

13 burpees

12 burpees

10 Burpees

400m run……………

Continue until you reach 1 burpee or time cap of 40 min.

Scale 1:

Scale the distance of the run to 200m and scale the burpees if needed to box burpees

Scale 2:

Do as written.
