At Bitterroot CrossFit, we start with a “No Sweat Intro” for everyone interested in joining our gym. This free, one-on-one consultation lets us understand your background, past injuries, concerns, what brought you to us, and, most importantly, your unique goals. The main purpose of a No Sweat Intro is to determine how we can best help you achieve your goals.
We want to spend time with you individually to learn about you and ensure we’re a good fit for your fitness journey. We aim to understand your health and fitness goals to help you reach them. Finally, we want to ensure our gym meets your expectations and needs. Together, we'll find the best path for you!
During your No Sweat Intro session, you can expect to:
